Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable). You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
  • An unboxing video (recommended for damaged or incorrect item claims)

Returns sent without first contacting our support team and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide further instructions for completing the return process.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Returns requested after the 7-day return period.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
